The Graystone MLS delivers a detailed description on each property, which includes days on market, price history and neighborhood trends. Our comprehensive set of online tools also provides the latest industry news, up-to-date market data, mortgage calculators and more.

Schedule Tours Online – With Graystone’s online scheduling feature, our clients can arrange unlimited, no-obligation home tours with any of our expert agents.
Make an Offer & Close the Deal – Once a client finds the perfect home, a Graystone agent creates a Comparative Market Analysis, which includes a report on the current market conditions. This will ensure that the client has obtained the best deal possible. We handle all paperwork and process the escrow and title digitally using a superior time- and cost-effective system.

Receive Rebate – Once the deal is closed, we share the commission with our client. Traditional brokers charge a 3% commission when you purchase a home, but the Graystone process allows us to give our clients 2% of the commission back – in cash!
