Jaime Teran Executive Mortgage Consultant
Jaime Teran has worked in mortgage lending since 2002. During this time he has trained salesforces of more than 30 loan officers on proper mortgage planning and equity management strategies. Jaime has also been recognized as the top producer for Amtec Funding. Jaime’s objective with every client is to provide them a sense of confidence and to earn their trust with my education, experience, and real world knowledge of how mortgages really work. He helps my clients successfully manage their home equity, minimize their risk as a home-owner, increase their liquidity, safety, rate of return and tax deductions. Now more than ever it is crucial for the customer and client to work with an experienced mortgage banker that will guide them with integrating their mortgage into their overall financial plan. Jaime is dedicated to helping every customer and client to make the most informed mortgage decision possible. Jaime is also a CMPS Certified California Real Estate Broker and is currently completing his Certified Financial Planner coursework.
