Graystone Realty Group was founded in 2008 by Ketan Mali. After tremendous success in real estate financing, Mali elected to start a new venture focused on creating a new, smarter model for the real estate agency business. The Graystone Realty model focuses on providing excellent service for a fraction of the price by utilizing advanced online tools and an improved, streamlined process to lower costs so that savings can be passed directly to customers. Whether buying or selling a home, the Graystone process allows a reduction from the traditional 3% commission rate to just 1% - putting the remaining 2% back in the client’s pocket. Ketan’s expertise in real estate has allowed him to lead numerous loan officers and real estate agents to successfully close over 600 transactions while consistently being a top producer himself. During his time as managing director for Integral Equity Mortgage, LLC., Ketan closed more than 400 transactions in under five years Active in the community, Mali currently sits on the board of the Real Estate & Entrepreneurs Alumni Chapter at CSU Fullerton, his alma mater. Mali graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
