I have specialized in probate property and trust sales for over 10 years in theSouthern California Area, and have successfully closed numerous probate transactions, from simple to complex. I have had probate listings all over the Southern California Area, including large apartment buildings, flats, condos and single-family properties. I also offer free notary service to all of my clients. My wife, Joy (a licensed realtor and my full-time assistant), is a Notary Public and will travel to your client's home to notarize documents, if necessary.
